Product Introduction:

The 24-hole magnetic rack / magnetic stand / magnetic separation rack (Magnetic Separation Rack) launched by Shenzhen BORHEE Technology Development Co., Ltd. can efficiently separate all types of magnetic beads. Place eight-strip tubes or a 96-well PCR plate on the rack, and magnetic separation is completed in an average of 30 seconds, achieving rapid separation and purification of cells, proteins or nucleic acids. On the 24-hole rack, centrifuge tubes fit snugly against the magnets, making the separation process intuitive and convenient. This rack is the first choice for purification and enrichment of PCR products in next-generation sequencing. Thanks to its high-performance magnets it has a stronger attraction for Ampure XP beads. Operation:

1. Place the centrifuge tube containing the incubated bead-target mixture on the magnetic rack.

2. Wait 30 seconds until the beads are pulled to the wall of the eight-strip tube or single tube.

3. Carefully pour off the liquid, or aspirate and discard it with a pipette.

4. Remove the tube from the magnetic rack and return it to a standard tube rack; the magnetic separation is complete.
