Product Introduction:

The 24-hole magnetic separation rack (Magnetic Separation Rack) launched by Shenzhen BORHEE Technology Development Co., Ltd. achieves highly efficient separation of all types of magnetic beads. Place 1.5ml or 2.0ml centrifuge tubes on the rack and the magnetic separation process is completed in just 30 seconds on average, enabling rapid separation and purification of cells, proteins, nucleic acids and other substances. The tubes of the 24-hole rack fit the rack exactly, and the wider magnet contact area makes separation even faster, keeping your separation process intuitive and convenient. The rack is detachable and separable, making bead separation more convenient, avoiding repeated insertion and removal of tubes, and saving experimental operation time.

Operation:

1. Place the centrifuge tube containing the incubated mixture of magnetic beads and target substance on the magnetic rack.

2. ｉｎｓｅｒｔ and fix the top plate loaded with centrifuge tubes onto the magnet base, then wait 30 seconds until the beads are attracted to the tube wall.

3. Pour off the liquid directly, or aspirate it with a pipette.

4. The top plate loaded with tubes can be used directly on a vortex mixer for mixing and shaking, and then inserted and fixed onto the magnet base again, completing the magnetic separation.
