Product Introduction:

The 2-hole magnetic rack / magnetic stand / magnetic separation rack (Magnetic Separation Rack) launched by Shenzhen BORHEE Technology Development Co., Ltd. can efficiently separate all types of magnetic beads. Place 50 ml centrifuge tubes on the rack, and magnetic separation is completed in an average of 1 minute, achieving rapid separation and purification of cells, proteins or nucleic acids. On the 2-hole rack, centrifuge tubes fit snugly against the magnets, making the separation process intuitive and convenient. It is a direct replacement for the Thermo DynaMag-50 magnetic rack, with a magnetic force that is stronger, more uniform and more stable than the original, enabling efficient cell separation.

Operation:

1. Place the centrifuge tube containing the incubated bead-target mixture on the magnetic rack.

2. Wait 1 minute until the beads are pulled to the centrifuge tube wall.

3. Carefully pour off the liquid, or aspirate and discard it with a pipette.

4. Remove the tube from the magnetic rack and return it to a standard tube rack; the magnetic separation is complete.

Application Features:

1. A small-scale dedicated magnetic separation tool designed for biological experiments, suitable for sequencing, antibody purification, immunoprecipitation, co-immunoprecipitation, cell sorting, nucleic acid separation and other operations.
