Product Introduction:
The 96-well deep-well plate magnetic separation rack (Magnetic Separation Rack) launched by Shenzhen BORHEE Technology Development Co., Ltd. is dedicated to automated nucleic acid purification systems and achieves highly efficient separation of all types of magnetic beads. Place a 96-well deep-well plate on the rack and the magnetic separation process is completed in just 1 minute on average, enabling rapid separation and purification of cells, proteins, nucleic acids and other substances. The 96-well rack fits the 96-well deep-well plate exactly, making your separation process more efficient. The rack can also be used for sample storage of 96-well deep-well plates after extraction on semi-automated nucleic acid purification systems.
Technical Parameters:
Compatible with 96-well deep-well plates; brand-new aluminium alloy structural design.
The product consists of 24 imported high-strength custom square magnets (2.7 mm square side length), protruding 18 mm above the top surface.
Optimal working volume: 1-2000 µL.
Magnetic beads are attracted to one side of the bottom of the 96-well deep-well plate; the bead attraction position can be adjusted by changing the height.
Recommended plates: suitable for NUNC 96-well U-bottom deep-well plates, as well as most deep-well plates of various brands.
Operation:
1. Place the centrifuge tube containing the incubated mixture of magnetic beads and target substance on the magnetic rack.
2. Wait 1 minute until the beads are attracted to one side of the bottom of the 96-well plate.
3. Aspirate and discard the liquid with the automated liquid-handling system.
4. The robotic arm removes the 96-well deep-well plate from the rack and returns it to a standard 96-well plate holder, completing the magnetic separation.
