Product Introduction:
The 384-well magnetic rack / magnetic stand / magnetic separation rack (Magnetic Separation Rack) launched by Shenzhen BORHEE Technology Development Co., Ltd. can efficiently separate all types of magnetic beads. Place a 384-well plate on the rack, and magnetic separation is completed in an average of 30 seconds, achieving rapid separation and purification of cells, proteins or nucleic acids. The magnets of the 384-well rack fit right against the bottom of the 384-well plate, making your separation process more efficient.
Technical Parameters:
Suitable for most 384-well plates on the market, such as 384-well flat-bottom plates;
This product consists of 384 imported multi-coated magnets, 3 mm in diameter;
Optimal working volume: 1-200 µL;
Magnetic beads are attracted to the bottom of the 384-well plate.
Operation:
1. Place the centrifuge tube containing the incubated bead-target mixture on the magnetic rack.
2. Wait 30 seconds until the beads are pulled to one side of the bottom of the 384-well plate.
3. Aspirate and discard the liquid with a pipette.
4. Remove the 384-well plate from the magnetic rack and return it to a standard 384-well plate rack; the magnetic separation is complete.
