Product Introduction:
The 96-well plate magnetic separation rack (Magnetic Separation Rack) launched by Shenzhen BORHEE Technology Development Co., Ltd. is dedicated to automated nucleic acid purification systems and achieves highly efficient separation of all types of magnetic beads. After fitting a 96-well PCR plate onto the rack, ｉｎｓｅｒｔ it into the 96-well plate, and the magnetic separation process is completed in just 1 minute on average, enabling rapid separation and purification of cells, proteins, nucleic acids and other substances. The 96-well rack fits the 96-well plate exactly, making your separation process more efficient.
Technical Parameters:
Compatible with 96-well plates.
Optimal working volume: 1-2000 µL.
Recommended plates: this rack is compatible with 96-well plates from most brands.
Operation:
1. The manual rack and the matching 96-well PCR plate can be used to attract the magnetic beads.
2. Wait 1 minute until the beads are attracted to the bottom of the 96 magnetic rods.
3. The beads can be transferred manually to the next 96-well plate.
4. Press the spring switch to release the 96-well PCR plate from the rack, completing the magnetic separation.
Application Features:
1. A small-scale dedicated magnetic separation tool designed for biological experiments; suitable for sequencing, antibody purification, immunoprecipitation, co-immunoprecipitation, cell sorting, nucleic acid separation and other applications.
