Product Introduction:
Shenzhen BORHEE Technology Development Co., Ltd. has launched an 8-hole magnetic rack / magnetic stand / magnetic separation rack (Magnetic Separation Rack) for 1.5 ml / 2.0 ml centrifuge tubes. It efficiently separates a wide range of magnetic beads: simply place the 1.5 ml/2.0 ml centrifuge tubes on the rack and magnetic separation is completed in about 15 seconds on average, achieving fast separation and purification of cells, proteins or nucleic acids. The tubes fit snugly against the rack, making the separation process intuitive and convenient. This rack is ideal for cell sorting related experiments: the special magnetic pole design suits cell sorting magnetic beads, with a magnetic field strength above 9000 GS.

Bore diameter: 12.2 mm, clamp-style design — not restricted by the bore diameter, stronger versatility, suitable for 1.5 ml / 2.0 ml centrifuge tubes

Recommended tubes: Axygen or Corning centrifuge tubes, or most domestic centrifuge tubes
Operation:
1. Place the tube containing the incubated magnetic bead–target mixture onto the magnetic rack.
2. Allow to stand for 15 seconds until all magnetic beads are drawn to the wall of the tube.
3. Carefully pour off the liquid or aspirate and discard it with a pipette.
4. Remove the tube from the rack and return it to the tube rack, completing the magnetic separation procedure.
Application Features:
