Product Introduction:
The cell sorting magnetic rack / magnetic stand / magnetic separation rack (Magnetic Separation Rack) launched by Shenzhen Borhee Technology Development Co., Ltd. enables efficient separation of cell sorting magnetic beads. This sorting rack was developed for sorting human and animal cells. First, the sample to be sorted (e.g., cells) is labeled with superparamagnetic nano-beads; the ferro-magnetic spheres in the separation column amplify the magnetic field 10,000-fold, producing a high-gradient magnetic field. When the cell sample passes through the high-field channel of the manual sorting rack, unlabeled cells pass through while magnetically labeled cells are retained in the separation column; after removing the column from the magnetic field, the retained cells are manually eluted. Both labeled and unlabeled fractions can be collected for downstream applications such as cell culture and flow cytometry.

Operation:
1. Place the blood bag tubing containing the bead-target complex mixture into the hole.
2. When passing through the high-field channel of the manual sorting rack, unlabeled cells pass through while magnetically labeled cells are retained in the blood bag tubing.
Application Features:
1. A small-scale dedicated magnetic separation tool designed for biological experiments, suitable for sequencing, antibody purification, immunoprecipitation, co-immunoprecipitation, cell sorting, nucleic acid separation and other operations.
