Operation:
1. Place the flow cytometry tube containing the mixture of magnetic beads to be separated and the target substance on the magnetic rack after binding.
2. Keep still for 30 seconds until the magnetic beads are drawn to the wall of the flow cytometry tube.
3. Carefully pour out the liquid or use a pipette to aspirate the liquid.
4. Remove the flow cytometry tube from the magnetic rack and place it back on the flow cytometry tube rack to complete the magnetic separation operation.
