Product Introduction:

The 12-hole magnetic rack / magnetic stand / magnetic separation rack (Magnetic Separation Rack) launched by Shenzhen BORHEE Technology Development Co., Ltd. enables highly efficient separation of all types of magnetic beads. Place a 1.5 ml or 2.0 ml centrifuge tube on the rack and the magnetic separation is completed in only 30 seconds on average, thereby achieving rapid separation and purification of cells, proteins, nucleic acids and other substances. The tubes of the 12-hole magnetic rack fit closely against the rack, making your separation process intuitive and convenient. This rack features an ergonomic design, making observation and operation more convenient!

Dimensions (mm): 250 × 60 × 70

Bore diameter: 10.8 mm, suitable for 1.5 ml or 2.0 ml centrifuge tubes

Optimal working volume: 10–2000 µL

Recommended tube brands: Axygen or Corning centrifuge tubes, or most domestic centrifuge tubes.

Operation:

1. Place the centrifuge tube containing the incubated magnetic bead–target mixture on the magnetic rack.

2. Leave it to stand for 30 seconds until the magnetic beads are attracted to the tube wall.

3. Carefully decant the liquid, or aspirate it with a pipette.

4. Remove the centrifuge tube from the magnetic rack and return it to an ordinary tube stand; the magnetic separation is complete.

Application Features:

1. A small-scale dedicated magnetic separation tool designed for biological experiments, suitable for sequencing, antibody purification, immunoprecipitation, co-immunoprecipitation, cell sorting, nucleic acid separation and other operations.
