Product Introduction:
Shenzhen BORHEE Technology Development Co., Ltd. has launched a 1-hole magnetic separation rack, which can efficiently separate various types of magnetic beads. By placing a 15 ml centrifuge tube on the magnetic rack, the magnetic separation process can be completed in an average of 30 seconds, achieving the goal of rapid separation and purification of substances such as cells, proteins, or nucleic acids. The centrifuge tube of the 1-hole magnetic frame can tightly adhere to the magnetic separator, making your separation process intuitive and convenient.

Optimal working volume: 0.5-15 ml
Recommended centrifuge tubes: BD or Corning 15 ml centrifuge tubes or 15 ml standing centrifuge tubes, or most domestically produced 15 ml centrifuge tubes
Operation:
1. Place the centrifuge tube containing the mixture of magnetic beads to be separated and the target substance on the magnetic rack.
2. Keep still for 30 seconds until all the magnetic beads are drawn to the centrifuge tube wall.
3. Carefully pour out the liquid or use a pipette to aspirate the liquid.
4. Remove the centrifuge tube from the magnetic rack and place it back on the regular centrifuge tube rack to complete the magnetic separation operation.
