Product Introduction:
Shenzhen BORHEE Technology Development Co., Ltd. has launched a single hole magnetic separation rack, which can efficiently separate various types of magnetic beads. By placing 15 ml centrifuge tubes on the magnetic rack, the magnetic separation process can be completed in an average of 1 minute, achieving the goal of rapid separation and purification of substances such as cells, proteins, or nucleic acids. The centrifuge tube with a single hole 15 ml magnetic frame can tightly adhere to the magnetic frame, making your separation process intuitive and convenient. The magnetic frame can adjust the position of the magnet while adjusting the screw, thereby achieving the adjustment of the magnetic field size. The adjustable magnetic field strength is between 50-4200 Gauss.

Recommended centrifuge tubes: BD or Corning 15 ml centrifuge tubes, as well as various Chinese-made centrifuge tubes
Operation:
1. Place a 15 ml centrifuge tube containing a mixture of magnetic beads to be separated and the target substance on a magnetic rack.
2. Keep still for 1 minute until all the magnetic beads are drawn to the centrifuge tube wall.
3. Carefully pour out the liquid or use a pipette to aspirate the liquid.
4. Remove the centrifuge tube from the magnetic rack and place it back on the regular centrifuge tube rack to complete the magnetic separation operation.
5. The position of the magnet can be adjusted simultaneously by adjusting the screw.
