Usage method:

1. Place the centrifuge tube containing the mixture of magnetic beads to be separated and the target substance on the magnetic rack.

2. Keep still for 1 minute until all magnetic beads are drawn to the bottom side of the 96 well plate.

3. Automated mechanical pipetting equipment absorbs and discards liquids.

4. The robotic arm removes the 96 hole plate from the magnetic frame and places it back into the regular 96 hole plate frame, completing the magnetic separation operation.
