Shenzhen BORHEE Technology Development Co., Ltd. has launched a 384 well magnetic separation rack, which can efficiently separate various types of magnetic beads. By placing the 384 well PCR plate on the magnetic rack, the magnetic separation process can be completed in an average of 30 seconds, achieving the goal of rapid separation and purification of substances such as cells, proteins, or nucleic acids. The 384 well magnetic holder can tightly adhere to the 384 well PCR plate, making your separation process more efficient. This magnetic frame is the preferred product for purifying and enriching PCR products in second-generation sequencing. Especially its high-performance magnets have better adsorption ability for Ampure XP magnetic beads.

Usage method:

1. Place the centrifuge tube containing the mixture of magnetic beads to be separated and the target substance on the magnetic rack.

2. Keep still for 30 seconds until all magnetic beads are drawn to the bottom side of the 384 well plate.

3. Use a pipette to aspirate the liquid.

4. Remove the 384 well plate from the magnetic rack and place it back into the regular 384 well plate rack to complete the magnetic separation operation.
