Product Introduction:
The 96-deep-well-plate magnetic rack / magnetic stand / magnetic separation rack (Magnetic Separation Rack) dedicated to automated nucleic-acid purification instruments, launched by Shenzhen BORHEE Technology Development Co., Ltd., efficiently separates a wide range of magnetic beads. Simply place the 96-well plate on the rack and magnetic separation is completed in about 1 minute on average, achieving fast separation and purification of cells, proteins or nucleic acids.
Technical Parameters:
Suitable for 96-well plates, 96-well PCR plates or 8-well strip tubes;
Composed of 96 imported high-strength specially manufactured ring magnets;
Working volume: 1–2000 µl;
Magnetic beads are collected at the bottom of the 96 deep-well plate in a ring pattern;
Recommended 96-well plates: compatible with most 96-well plates on the market.
Operation:
1. Place the 96-well plate containing the incubated magnetic bead–target mixture onto the magnetic rack.
2. Allow to stand for 1 minute until all magnetic beads are drawn to one side of the plate bottom.
3. Use an automated liquid-handling system to aspirate and discard the supernatant.
4. The robotic arm removes the 96-well plate from the rack and returns it to a standard plate holder, completing the magnetic separation procedure.
Application Features:
1. A small-scale dedicated magnetic separation tool designed for biological experiments, suitable for sequencing, antibody purification, immunoprecipitation, co-immunoprecipitation, cell sorting, nucleic acid isolation and other applications.
2. Thoughtful design for easy operation. High magnetic field strength delivers rapid separation, with an average separation time of 30 seconds for a fast and efficient process.
3. Compact, lightweight and durable. The specially selected materials make the rack lightweight yet long-lasting.
