Product Introduction:

The spring bracket for automated nucleic acid purification equipment launched by Shenzhen BORHEE Technology Development Co., Ltd. Place the automated magnetic rack on this spring bracket and it is immediately held fixed for operation. The base of the bracket follows the standard SBS footprint, so it can be placed easily into automated instruments.

Technical Parameters:

Operation:

1. Place the centrifuge tube containing the incubated mixture of magnetic beads and target substance on the magnetic rack.

2. Wait 1 minute until the beads are attracted to one side of the bottom of the 96-well plate.

3. Aspirate and discard the liquid with the automated liquid-handling system.

4. The robotic arm removes the 96-well deep-well plate from the rack and returns it to a standard 96-well plate holder, completing the magnetic separation.

Application Features:
