Product Introduction:
The 96-well deep-well plate magnetic separation rack (Magnetic Separation Rack) launched by Shenzhen BORHEE Technology Development Co., Ltd. is dedicated to automated nucleic acid purification systems and achieves highly efficient separation of all types of magnetic beads. After fitting the matching sleeves onto the rack, ｉｎｓｅｒｔ it into the 96-well deep-well plate and the magnetic separation process is completed in just 1 minute on average, enabling rapid separation and purification of cells, proteins, nucleic acids and other substances. The 96-well rack fits the 96-well deep-well plate exactly, making your separation process more efficient.
Technical Parameters:
Compatible with 96-well deep-well plates.
Optimal working volume: 1-2000 µL.
Recommended plates: this rack is suitable for NUNC 96-well U-bottom deep-well plates, and also fits most deep-well plates of various brands.
Operation:
1. The rack can be moved by the automated instrument, and the matching sleeves are used to attract the magnetic beads.
2. Wait 1 minute until all the beads are attracted to the bottom of the 96 magnetic rods.
3. Aspirate and discard the liquid with the automated liquid-handling system.
4. The robotic arm removes the 96-well deep-well plate from the rack, completing the magnetic separation.
