Shenzhen BORHEE Technology Development Co., Ltd. has launched a specialized 96 universal plate magnetic rack/magnetic rack/magnetic separation rack for automated nucleic acid purification equipment. It can efficiently separate various types of magnetic beads. By placing a 96 well plate on the magnetic rack, the magnetic separation process can be completed in an average of 1 minute, achieving the goal of rapid separation and purification of substances such as cells, proteins, or nucleic acids. The 96 hole magnetic bracket can tightly adhere to the 96 hole plate, making your separation process more efficient. This magnetic frame has been widely used in automated nucleic acid purification instruments such as Tecan and Hamilton.

Usage method:

1. Place the centrifuge tube containing the mixture of magnetic beads to be separated and the target substance on the magnetic rack.

2. Keep still for 1 minute until all the magnetic beads are attracted to the upper side of the bottom of the 96 well plate.

3. Automated mechanical pipetting equipment absorbs and discards liquids.

4. The robotic arm removes the 96 hole plate from the magnetic frame and places it back into the regular 96 hole plate frame, completing the magnetic separation operation.
