Shenzhen BORHEE Technology Development Co., Ltd. has launched a 96 well Magnetic Separation Rack, which can efficiently separate various types of magnetic beads. By inserting the 96 well PCR plate into the magnetic plate, the magnetic separation process can be completed in an average of 30 seconds, achieving the goal of rapid separation and purification of substances such as cells, proteins, or nucleic acids. The tube of the 96 hole magnetic plate can be just close to the magnet, making your separation process intuitive and convenient. This magnetic frame is the preferred product for purifying and enriching PCR products in second-generation sequencing. Especially its high-performance magnets have better adsorption ability for Ampure XP magnetic beads.

Recommended centrifuge tube: Suitable for all brands of 96 PCR plates on the market. The magnetic frame with protective edge on the side has been optimized to pull magnetic beads to the side in porous reaction plates. The feature of the magnetic frame is equipped with 6 bar type magnetic frames, which are compatible with most 96 well PCR reaction plates with edge protection, culture dishes, 96 well round bottom plates, 96 well flat bottom plates, 24 well plates, 12 well plates, and 6-well plates (not recommended for use with 48 well plates). Working volume per well (5-200 µ L).

Please note that the size of the reaction plate may vary, and you should test the compatibility of your reaction plate.

Operation:

1. Place the centrifuge tube containing the mixture of magnetic beads to be separated and the target substance on a magnetic plate.

2. Keep still for 30 seconds until all magnetic beads are drawn to the wall of the eight row tube or 96PCR plate.

3. Carefully pour out the liquid or use a pipette to aspirate the liquid.

4. Remove the centrifuge tube from the magnetic plate and place it back on the regular centrifuge tube holder to complete the magnetic separation operation.
