By placing a 96 well PCR plate on the magnetic rack, the magnetic separation process can be completed in an average of 30 seconds, achieving the goal of rapid separation and purification of cells, proteins, nucleic acids, and other substances. The centrifuge tube of the 96 hole magnetic frame can be tightly attached to the magnetic frame, making your separation process intuitive and convenient. This magnetic frame is the preferred product for purifying and enriching PCR products in second-generation sequencing. Especially its high-performance magnets have better adsorption ability for Ampure XP magnetic beads. Another feature of this magnetic frame is that it can be centrifuged. Users can place a 96 well PCR plate into the magnetic frame to clamp the PCR plate and centrifuge it in a 96 well plate centrifuge.

Operation:

1. Place the centrifuge tube containing the mixture of magnetic beads to be separated and the target substance on the magnetic rack.

2. Keep still for 30 seconds until all magnetic beads are drawn to the wall of the eight row tube or 96 PCR plate.

3. Carefully pour out the liquid or use a pipette to aspirate the liquid. This step can be operated using a centrifuge, directly placing it into a 96 well plate centrifuge for plate shaking operation, but remember not to use too high a speed.

4. Remove the centrifuge tube from the magnetic rack and place it back on the regular centrifuge tube rack to complete the magnetic separation operation.
